Our Solution

In the heavy equipment world...
details close deals.

Your salespeople are in the field working to make deals happen. They're expected to know thousands of makes, models, and configurations across your brand and every brand you sell against.

They're capturing images, notes, and owner knowledge, then packaging it all into a form with open-ended options and dated dropdowns. - SpecVision fixes that.

How It works

Practical steps that keep listings consistent

SpecVision uses the camera you are already familiar with, easily integrating into your existing workflow. Just show us your equipment, review what’s captured, and share with confidence. No complicated setup, no extra software to learn, just accuracy built right into your daily workflow.

Step 1: Capture
Scan equipment in app.
A hand holds a smartphone showing a tractor on-screen while the camera scans equipment outdoors.
Use your mobile device to take photos of equipment. SpecVision begins turning what it sees into structured information.
Step 2: Review
Review & confirm details.
Two hands hold a digital tablet displaying a structured equipment checklist with marked items.
Review automatically detected details, add context where needed, and confirm the information you want to keep.
Step 3: Share
Share verified inventory.
A desktop monitor shows a completed equipment listing with green checkmarks indicating verified details.
Share the verified information with your team and existing systems, helping listings stay consistent and accurate.

“All of the inventory comes to me via WhatsApp, and I review/value each item and reply to the salesperson. If it’s traded in, I put it into Sandhills.”

ABOUT US

What makes us unique?

What is SpecVision?

SpecVision is an AI-powered computer vision platform that identifies and fills in equipment specs directly from photos. It helps teams capture accurate data from the start, reducing manual entry and fixing errors before they happen. Dealers, auction platforms, and inventory managers use SpecVision to keep listings accurate, consistent, and ready for market, whether they are in the office or out in the field.

Why Was IT Founded?

SpecVision began with a simple question: why are good teams still losing time to bad data? After years of working closely with equipment dealers, auction platforms, and technology partners, founder Mark Sullivan saw the same issue again and again. Photos and notes would pile up, specs were retyped by hand, and every extra step meant one more chance for error. The problem was not the people. It was the process.

The idea took shape on real lots, not in an office. Mark spent months walking yards, standing beside appraisers, and sitting with sales teams who needed better ways to manage the flow of information. What he saw shaped everything about SpecVision. The tools had to feel natural in the hands of people who work outside, not behind a desk. They needed to be quick, accurate, and easy to trust.

SpecVision uses AI-powered computer vision to recognize equipment in real time through a mobile camera interface. Each image becomes a verified record of what is actually in front of you: make, model, configuration, and condition. The system delivers clean, reliable data that anyone on the team can access without redundant review or re-entry.

Our mission is simple, give the people who move iron for a living better control over their information. When listings are consistent, decisions are faster. When data is accurate from the start, every sale becomes smoother.

SpecVision is still built on the same belief that started it all: technology should support how people already work, not force them to change. We will keep refining the details that save time, protect margins, and make every listing feel like it came together exactly how it should: clean, confident, and ready.

Who Is IT For?

SpecVision is built for the people who keep the industry moving:

  • It’s for dealership owners who need every listing to be right the first time.
  • It’s for the operations managers who can’t afford slow or messy workflows.
  • It’s for inventory managers who want confidence in every detail, knowing what’s online matches what’s on the ground.
  • It’s for the sales reps in the lot, juggling inventory and daylight, trying to capture a machine before it’s gone.

Our users value accuracy because mistakes cost time and trust. They value practicality because technology should make life easier, not harder. And they value consistency, because every smooth handoff, every verified listing, keeps business running right.

Who is the team?

SpecVision is built by people who know the work, not just the technology. Our team comes from the same world as the people we serve. We have walked equipment lots, written specs by hand, and solved real problems in the field.

Where ARE WE going?

SpecVision exists to help hard-working teams focus on selling and servicing equipment, not correcting data. We believe accuracy at the start creates trust across every interaction afterward.

Our vision is to make accurate, verified inventory the new standard across the equipment industry. We’re building tools that fit seamlessly into existing workflows so accuracy feels automatic, not added on.

What Are OUR Values?

These values drive every decision we make:

  • Keep It Practical: Everything we build should make real work easier. If it doesn’t save time, improve accuracy, or simplify the process, it doesn’t belong. Practical isn’t just a value here, it’s the filter for every decision we make.
  • Lead With Respect: We treat every customer, partner, and teammate with the same fairness and honesty we expect in return. The Golden Rule still matters, especially in an industry built on relationships.
  • Innovate With Purpose: We’re not chasing trends or adding buttons for the sake of it. Real innovation helps people work faster, not harder. If technology feels complicated, it’s our job to make it feel simple again.
  • Build It Together: The best ideas come from the field. We listen to the people who use our tools every day and shape our work around their reality. Collaboration keeps us honest and connected to what matters most.
  • Own The Outcome: Accountability means seeing things through. When we say we’ll deliver, we do it. If something falls short, we fix it and learn from it. Trust is built one kept promise at a time.
